SBI Junior Associate Selection Process : Stage I: Preliminary Examination: Objective test for 100 marks, including English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Duration: 1 hour Negative marking of 1/4th for each wrong answer. Stage II: Main Examination: Objective test for 200 marks, including General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability with Computer Aptitude. Duration: 2 hours and 40 minutes. Section-wise timing applicable. Stage III: Language Proficiency Test: Candidates must be proficient in Urdu, Ladakhi, or Bhoti (Bodhi).
